Remote Assistance

At Solutions Central our technicians can provide remote assistance to most people using a Windows operating system.  This requires you to install a special help program on your computer (the zip file to do this is below).

Please download the file when instructed to do so by one of our technicians.

The technician will help you install it on to your computer.  It should be noted that this type of remote assistance is initiated by YOU even after the assistance software is installed on your computer we will be unable to connect to you - you must connect to us.
