Support Services

At Solutions Central we offer a range of different support options.  We are available on a fee for service basis from 7 am to 7 pm every day of the year!  Our highly trained technicians are always here to help. We offer both support contracts to casual rates, it is completely up to you.


Fixed 12 Month Contact

The client nominates the hours per month:

Up to 3 hours / month  excess hours at $130 /hr: $300 per month
Up to 6 hours / month  excess hours at $125 /hr: $480 per month
Up to 12 hours / month excess hours at $120 /hr: $720 per month
NOTE: 30 min call out / travel fee applies. No Penalty rates.


Blocks of Hours

Purchased in advance (use within 1 year):

10 hours @ $ 130 per hour: $ 1,300 per block
20 hours @ $ 125 per hour: $ 2,500 per block
30 hours @ $ 120 per hour: $ 3,600 per block
NOTE: 30 min call out / travel fee applies. No Penalty rates.


Normal Casual Rates

7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday

$70 call out / travel fee
$140 per hour


After hours:

$90 call out / travel fee
$180 per hour

Terms (all products):

Charged in 30 minute increments or part there of

Minimum charge for remote/telephone support 30 minutes
Minimum charge for on site work 60 minutes
